Sussman Named Preseason Third Team All-American by Inside Lacrosse

HANOVER, N.H. - Dartmouth men's lacrosse junior Ari Sussman (New Haven, Conn.)
has been selected to the Inside Lacrosse Preseason All-America Third Team, it
was announced on Monday.
Sussman is coming off a season in which he tallied a team-high 47 points, including
a 27 goals and 10 assists. He earned first team Al-Ivy honors, starting in all
14 games for the Big Green. He was a top-10 performer in the Ivy League in most
offensive categories, most notably second in points per game with 3.15. Sussman
posted nine multi-goal games and netted a season-high four goals against Holy
Cross. He also scrored three goals, four times, including back-to-back games against
Virginia and Duke.
Cornell leads the way with three first-team selections, while Virginia and Syracuse
have two selections apiece. Colgate, Ohio State, Bryant, Duke, North Carolina,
Navy, Loyola, Johns Hopkins and Brown each got one name on the top list in the
land. Inside Lacrosse also selects second and third teams as well as an honorable
mention list.
