NOTRE DAME, Ind. University of Notre Dame mens lacrosse head coach Kevin Corrigan has announced the commitment of nine student-athletes who will join the program beginning in the 2010 season. The newcomers hail from six different states, including four from Maryland.
Among the nine standouts, there are three Under Armour All-Americans, which are the most in program history for a single recruiting class. The class features two attackmen, four midfielders, two defensemen and one goalie.
"I think this is one of the best classes weve ever signed, says Corrigan. We have players at every position that we think can come in and compete for playing time right away. We couldnt be more happy with the quality and depth at every position.
