Sentiments from Syracuse Coach John Desko Regarding the Death of Aaron Guadagnolo |

On the night of Tuesday, May 20, Aaron Guadagnolo, 21, was killed in a motorcycle accident in Elbridge, N.Y. Aaron was the brother of current SU lacrosse players Kyle and Thomas Guadagnolo. I would ask that you respect the family’s privacy during this difficult time. Head coach John Desko did have the following sentiments that he wanted to share on behalf of the program:
From Coach Desko -
“Our thoughts and prayers are with Kyle, Thomas and the whole Guadagnolo family. In situations like this lacrosse takes a back seat. As a team, we are going to rally around them and support them any way we can.
“Aaron was a fun-loving young man and a pleasure to be around. He will be missed.”
